That’s Good Pty.Ltd, an independent consultancy, has been contracted by the Illawarra Shoalhaven Intellectual Disability/ Mental Health Network (IDMH Network) to gather your feedback on how you and your carers are supported when you experience mental health issues.

The aim of this project is to identify what training and tools professional staff need to help you and your family. The sharing of your experiences may improve the planning and delivery of future programs and linkages across environmental, social, economic and health organisations.

We are looking for participants to be interviewed.

  2. If you support or care for someone who has both an intellectual disability and mental health issues
  3. If you support and care for someone who has an intellectual disability and has behaviours including sadness or anxiety which have not been diagnosed as a mental health issue but you have concerns that this impacts on their quality of life.

The researcher does not need to include your name in the research report and any comments you make will not be linked to you to protect your privacy.

A report of the findings will be released later this year. For further information and to register your interest click here
