headspace Nowra is an established youth health service in the Shoalhaven Region focused on providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
The position will be responsible for coordinating community awareness activities in the region. With a focus on promoting early help seeking, the Community Engagement Officer will ensure that accessible information is provided to young people, their families and the local community.
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications; the ability to implement, coordinate and report on programs; the ability to engage with communities using innovation and creativity; strong communication skills; and be keen to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
