There are three interesting training opportunities over the next month at the Forum.
The Good Governance; Essential Board (Nowra) training is a great foundation for new board members and has been updated to include amendments to the Associations Incorporation Act (2009) and the new Regulation (2016) that began on 1 September 2016. If you have already attended this training you may like to refer a friend or colleague to the training.
In response to a number of requests we have also designed a Fabulous Finances (Nowra) course for board members covering understanding financial reports, budgeting, and risk and fraud prevention.
This training is a must for all board members – not just Treasurers.
Marketing Matters; meaningful messages (Oak Flats). An introduction to marketing for non-marketers. Marketing and promotion is becoming more important in human services as we enter a period of increased competition and customer choice.
