Gaelen Williams – National Disability Services
Gaelen has spent the last 10 years in the NFP, Training and Disability Employment sectors holding roles as Trainer & Assessor, Careers & Employment Advisor and Regional Manager. With the Transition to Employment team NDS WA, he has developed and delivered training and mentoring sessions around the Customisation of Employment for people with disabilities. His passion and motivation is working and assisting individuals with barriers, particularly individuals with disabilities, youth at risk and disengaged youth to achieve their full potential with the goals of breaking the cycle of unemployment, helping secure suitable and sustainable employment and to assist them to learn, work and grow.
