A Women’s Health Doctor is available for consultations and a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner is available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Centrelink

Centrelink are at the Centre every 2nd Friday for clients who are having trouble accessing the service.

Mothers and Daughters

Join our three-week course to help mothers and daughters understand and deal with changes that take place during puberty and adolescence.

By learning together, young women (10-12years old) and their mothers can strengthen their relationship.

Next course starts 14th March 6pm – 8pm 
and runs for three weeks

Eat Plant Learn

What is Eat Plant Learn?

Eat Plant Learn is a seven week group program for people experiencing mental illness who are interested in gardening, sustainability, improving their cooking skills and gaining greater knowledge of healthy eating.

Throughout the program you will work on creating tasty meals and snacks, as well as your very own garden box filled with herbs and salad greens to take home with you and enjoy!

When: Wednesdays – for 7 weeks Starting 14th February, 2018
