Rainbow Buzz will strengthen your understanding of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) people and communities in order to help you provide more inclusive client-centred care.

ACON, with the support of Coordinare – South Eastern NSW PHN, is delivering FREE one day inclusive practice training sessions across South Eastern NSW for community service workers with clients who use alcohol and other drugs.

This training was really important. It helped me understand LGBTI people better and how things like discrimination can lead to poorer health outcomes. I was honestly shocked and it’s a relief to know training like this is out there for ALL services since being inclusive makes a huge difference.
