Please be advised that Customers calling the Department of Human Services Multilingual Phone Service may receive a message ‘service currently not available’.

The Multilingual Phone Service advises that when there is an over demand for the service they have to close the lines.

This can occur at any time during the day however the peak times are generally 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm.

If this occurs, customers will need to call later or the next day.
