Eat Plant Learn is a seven week group program for people experiencing mental illness who are interested in gardening, sustainability, improving their cooking skills and gaining greater knowledge of healthy eating.
Throughout the program you will work on creating tasty meals and snacks, as well as your very own garden box filled with herbs and salad greens to take home with you and enjoy!
You do not have to be formally diagnosed, if you feel you have anxiety, depression or other mental health issues, you can just sign up.
When: Mondays – for 7 weeks, starting 22nd October
