About the Role
Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Youth Services Coordinator to join the team at SENTRAL Youth Centre on a permanent full-time basis. In this role you will be responsible for the management of the Centre as well as identifying and assessing recreational, vocational, educational, health and social needs of young people in the Kiama Local Government area, and to develop and deliver programs that address these needs.
This position is classified at a Grade 13 of Council’s salary structure, with a commencing weekly salary from $1,348.60 (Step 1) to $1,439.00 (Step 4) and progression to 1,602.60 (Step 9) is subject to competence and performance. These rates do not include superannuation. Conditions of employment are in accordance with Council protocols and the Local Government (State) Award 2017.
