Australian Healthcare Associates (AHA) has been engaged to evaluate the Aged Care System Navigator Measure. They have developed a discussion paper informed by stakeholder consultations.

Feedback on the discussion paper will be used in the evaluation and contribute to the aged care system navigation policy direction. Have your say by completing the online survey.
