The Man Walk Australia is a not-for-profit association which promotes and supports men’s physical, social and mental wellbeing. 

The Man Walk is a simple concept designed to strengthen communities, build social capital and combat isolation. We do this by connecting men to walk, talk and support in a positive and inclusive environment. There is no judgement, pressure or expectations. Simply turn up when you feel like it, walk with a group of like-minded blokes, and be a part of The Man Walk community.  

We are passionate about supporting Men’s health and wellbeing and we want to spread the word throughout your community. Help us to connect men, strengthen communities and combat social isolation throughout Australia.
