Calderwood Valley Seedling Fund

Now open for grant applications.

Applications for this round opened on 1 June, with a total $15k of funding up for grabs for eligible clubs, groups and organisations.

The application period closes on 31 August 2021.

For those who are not aware, the Seedling Fund is a grant fund where 10 cents from every dollar spent at the Bean Roasted @ Sprout Hub café at Calderwood Valley is reinvested into the community fund.

The Seedling Fund grant program supports local clubs, groups and initiatives.  It aims to promote and enable local not-for-profit groups to do great things in the community.

Small grants are provided to grassroots initiatives and groups for projects that will benefit residents in Calderwood Valley in some way.  In a process similar to crowd funding, locals get to vote for a project, and then the Seedling Fund money is divided between three finalists depending on their percentage of the votes.
