Child Youth & Family Support, Illawarra-Shoalhaven

FSA family support is operating as normal through COVID lockdown however most of the support in the Illawarra area is managed via phone or online however Nowra and Ulladulla workers have more options with providing support face to face.

CYFS carries case management responsibilities, which includes initial assessment, case planning support, monitoring, or making referrals on exit if more assistance is needed for the family.

• The service model targets child, youth and family support – working with children 0-18yo
• We work with low to medium risk.

This support model is generally a three month intervention period together with our other multi-disciplined services with continuity of care provided.

Through the FSA Early Intervention (EI) service stream we offer integrated in-home parenting programs not limited to Parents Under Pressure (PUP), Bringing Up Great KiDS(BUGK) and Healthy Relationships Group (HRG).
