The Illawarra Multicultural Services are now recruiting for two new positions:

  • SETS Youth Worker
  • Domestic Violence Workers

Local Government Multicultural Network Community Organising Fellowship (COF) for grassroots organisersAre you a budding community organiser or know someone who is?

  • Are you looking to grow your skills and experience in campaign strategy and community organising?
  • Build the power and leadership of people in your community or organisation?
  • Want to join a national network of highly skilled and effective community organisers?

If the answer is yes, we encourage you to apply for The Community Organising Fellowship (COF).

Each year, COF takes 25 organisers and campaigners on a 6-month journey of connecting, learning, leadership, and skills development.

Graduates are equipped with the tools and skills to design, initiate, and lead powerful campaigns that engage thousands of people and win positive, meaningful, lasting outcomes for their communities.

Graduates also leave with close relationships and a strong network of peers working in a variety of organisations and communities across the continent.
