New resource – It pays to be an inclusive employer

This flyer will be complimented with Job Access information which will highlight the available supports/services from DES and Job Access.

The main purpose for this flyer was to create an awareness for Employers during conversations with prospective employees on the value of being an Inclusive Employer. 

We noticed many barriers raised for participants of the NDIS on having that awkward discussion with an Employer of their choice. The available funding from the NDIS for a participant which may require extra support to manage new tasks was a difficult conversation for anyone. 

Hence the creation of this one-page flyer to alleviate the stress of detailing what is the NDIS in the first instance and what is available for Employers.
