Are you planning to quit your not-for-profit job?

Human resources managers worldwide are predicting a big workforce shift as we move into a new phase of the pandemic – a phenomenon they’re dubbing the “Great Resignation”.

Community Directors Council member Catherine Brooks believes organisations could face “high workforce turnover and employee movement”, especially those that failed to maintain a supportive culture during covid-19.

Whether you plan to ditch your not-for-profit job or love the gig, we invite you to take part in our latest Pulse Poll to help the community sector understand the impact of covid-19 on the paid workforce.

Early results suggest nearly 60% of respondents are planning a move, with another sixth suggesting they could “go either way” with their jobs.

Be sure to add your response to help us keep our finger “on the pulse”.

This survey is anonymous and should take you less than two minutes to complete. We’ll share the results and our analysis in a future edition of Our Community Matters

Do you plan to stick with your current NFP job? If not, why not?
