Head to Health Pop Up Hub

The Head to Health Pop-up Hub provides free on-site face-to-face and telehealth support.

Head to Health delivers evidenced based care for the short to medium term.

Our team consists of Psychologists, Social workers, Peer workers and Counsellors.

The service caters for all individuals aged 0-100 and the support is comprehensive including brief interventions, care-coordination and service navigation.

Our hubs currently have no waitlist and open throughout the Christmas period except for public holidays.

Clients can self-refer by calling the Central intake line on 1800 595 212

They can also contact the hub directly as a walk-in for support.
