SSI is a free service that aims to support and assist our participants into and also while in they are in employment for a minimum of a year with whatever they need to become successfully independent within the workforce.

This is refined through acute one on one servicing while looking for employment and detailed post placement support once they have achieved employment.

We supply any work related materials that assist our participants transitioning into their newly found employment (work clothing, work related items etc). Also, to add to our free service we can offer a wage subsidy to assist with the initial training and start up of our participants.

The wage subsidy amount is measured on the minimum hours required for the participant depending on their ESS level.
