Hear2Talk

‘Hear2Talk’ is a free, peer-run, confidential and independent phone support line for all workers across NSW. People in the workplace are welcome to call the line if they need someone to talk to for workplace wellbeing support, information and on referral to appropriate services. 

A few key features of the service include: 

·       Available 7 days a week, including after business hours from 12pm-8pm. 

·       Option for follow-up calls to see how you’re progressing.  

·       Call-back back service to ensure you get timely support.  

·       Access to additional support if required. 

Hear2Talk can be reached on 1300 H2 TALK (1300 428 255).

13YARN has launched

13YARN is the first national crisis support line for mob who are feeling overwhelmed or having difficulty coping — offering a confidential one-on-one yarning opportunity with a Lifeline trained Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Crisis Supporter, who can provide crisis support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

13YARN empowers community with the opportunity to yarn without judgement and provide a culturally safe space to speak about needs, worries or concerns.

If you, or someone you know, are feeling worried or no good, we encourage you to connect with 13YARN on 13 92 76 (24 hours/7 days) and talk with an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Crisis Supporter.
