Tips for carers for Navigating the Journey

Please join Layla Weiss and Toni Garretty from the Illawarra and Shoalhaven Mental Health service for an evidence-based education session.

Supporting someone with a diagnosis of depression and anxiety can be stressful, challenging, and overwhelming!

This workshop will provide you with knowledge and tools in supporting your person during the different stages of their illness, including some helpful communication strategies.
