Accidental Counsellor Blended Delivery (eLearning & classroom)
The Accidental Counsellor course teaches people the basic skills to support someone experiencing distress and how to have safe and supportive conversations surrounding suicide.
The course includes an eLearning component and a virtual session.

DV-Alert (For frontline workers)
Free, nationally accredited training to help frontline workers recognise the signs of domestic and family violence, and know what to do next.
This 2-day workshop is run by our experienced trainers at Lifeline South Coast. There are three compulsory assessment tasks to complete during the workshop.
When: Monday, 28 Nov & Tuesday, 29 Nov at 9:00 am–5:00 pm

Accidental Counsellor Foundations
Focusing on the importance of communication, the Accidental Counsellor Foundations workshop will provide you with a toolbox of counselling techniques that you can utilise to de-escalate situations and facilitate supportive conversations with people who are in crisis or highly distressed.

Psychological First Aid
Learn basic skills to support those affected by a disaster or critical event, such as floods or bushfires.
This workshop is suitable for community members and those in positions across various industries who find they are the first point of contact – and play an important supportive role – for those experiencing distress.
When: Wednesday 30 November at 10:00 am–1:30 pm
