New Grant Finder
Please be advised that the Community Industry Group (CIG), with the support of Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), has launched a Grant Finder to provide the sector with a comprehensive list of grant and funding opportunities. This free service means you will keep up to date on all new regional funding opportunities.
Register to receive emailed alerts for new grants, save your favourites and access tips to help you apply for grants.
The site also lists available Grant Writers if you require additional help.
We hope that this resource helps you better navigate the diversity in the funding landscape.
Each year Shellharbour Council provides funding to assist local sporting, cultural, educational, health, welfare and other groups who have a demonstrated community need. This funding is also available to meet requests for ‘in lieu’ or ‘in kind’ contributions.
The first round of donations for the 2020/2021 financial year is now open. Applications can be made by completing and returning the attached application form by 4.30pm Friday 16th October 2020 to council@shellharbour.nsw.gov.au

Please note that the total value of donation in any one financial year to any one organisation may not exceed $2,000. In addition to this, latest Annual Financial Statements must be provided for all requests over $1,000 to enable the request to be considered.
