This evening is for GPs in the Illawarra & Shoalhaven who are considering becoming providers of gender affirming hormonal therapy

for trans and gender diverse patients in the Illawarra area. Hear about local services, assessment tools, protocols for initiating and

continuing hormone therapy and how other GPs have approached this work. The evening is an introduction rather than a

complete prescriber’s course, but will equip you with the skills to assess patients, provide bridging therapy and determine

if you wish to further develop your skills in this area. Attendees will be expected to complete a short post

course  evaluation to be eligible for 3 CPD points. This is a collaborative initiative between the Illawarra

Shoalhaven Local Health District, ACON NSW & COORDINARE.
